These terms apply to your use of Vidseekr (vidseekr.com). By using Vidseekr you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

1. What Vidseekr does

Vidseekr is a search engine that shows links to public videos hosted on other websites. Vidseekr does not host, upload, store or stream any videos. When you click a result, you leave Vidseekr and the video’s own website and its terms apply.

2. YouTube Terms of Service

Vidseekr uses YouTube API Services. By using Vidseekr, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

3. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what happens to your information when you use Vidseekr. By using Vidseekr you also agree to it.

4. Results and third-party content

  • Results, titles, images, view counts and like counts come from third parties (Brave Search, YouTube and Vimeo) and from the websites that host the videos. They may be incomplete, out of date or inaccurate.
  • Videos and other content on linked websites belong to their owners. Vidseekr does not control, check or endorse them and is not responsible for them.
  • The Kid-friendly filter is a best effort, not a guarantee. Parents and guardians should supervise what children watch.

5. Acceptable use

Please don’t:

  • use bots, scrapers or other automated means to send searches or collect results;
  • try to overload, disrupt or break the site, or get around its limits;
  • use Vidseekr for anything unlawful.

We may block access that breaks these rules.

6. Trademarks and independence

Vidseekr is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by YouTube, Google, Vimeo, TikTok, Meta, Rumble, Dailymotion or Brave. Their names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify where a result comes from.

7. No warranty

Vidseekr is provided “as is” and “as available”, free of charge, without warranties of any kind. We don’t promise that it will always be available, error-free or that results will be accurate.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Vidseekr and its operator are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or of any website or video you reach through it.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use Vidseekr after a change means you accept it.
